Kale, My Absolute pH Balance Diet Super Alkaline Foods

Kale is my favourite super food! Awesome in a smoothie or steams. Loaded with health!

Kale is the best leafy green beauty that is widely known for its
cancer-fighting, cholesterol-lowering, antioxidant-rich, detoxifying goodness.

Less popular than spinach, but only because it has a history of being cooked poorly (like cabbage) –
when done right it is absolutely delicious. If you eat kale 2-3 times per week you’ll know it. Like spinach it is massively high in vitamin k,
vitamin a and vitamin c and being leafy green it also has a huge chlorophyll content.

The reason it is so powerful against the cancer fight is that kale contains at least four glucosinolates.
I don’t want to lose you here by using words like glucosinolates – all you need to know is that as
soon as you eat and digest kale, these glucosinolates are really easily converted by the body into
cancer fighting compounds.

Also quite amazing for lowering cholesterol, it should be noted that steamed kale is more effective
for cholesterol lowering than raw.

„Good And Bad“ Carbohydrates by Dr. Jentschura

Posted on : 29-02-2012 | By : Stephan, The Alkaline Diet Guy | In : alkaline diet

0

Due to their molecular structure carbohydrates are divided into the so called simple and complex carbohydrates.

The simple carbohydrates are the so called monosaccharides (simple sugars like e. g. glucose and fructose) and disaccharides (double sugars like e. g. refined sugar crystals, malt sugar or lactose).

In opposition to the simple mono- and disaccharides the complex carbohydrates include all types of sugar (saccharides) that contain at least three monosaccharide molecules.

These are e. g. oligosaccharides (multiple sugars like e. g. raffinose (raffinose is a carbohydrate contained in plants, to be exact a triple sugar (trisaccharide)) as well as polysaccharides (multiple sugars like e. g. starch, cellulose, chitin).

As far as possible we should avoid simple carbohydrates that can be found mostly in sugar, sweets, honey and some fruits. Simple carbohydrates have the trait to increase the blood sugar level at a very fast pace and thus cause a high release of insulin and arouse the sensation of hunger!

Complex carbohydrates saturate longer and supply all kinds of important substances for our health. They contain many vitamins and are high in dietary fibres. Complex carbohydrates can be found in vegetables, grains, potatoes and leguminous plants.

• The amount of carbohydrates in our diet should predominantly consist of complex carbohydrates. As they have to be broken down in the small intestine they are transferred into the blood at a slower but more continuous pace. Thus a constant blood sugar level is achieved for a longer amount of time. In this way a consistent supply with energy over a longer time is made possible. Moreover important vitamins, minerals and dietary fibres are delivered together with these carbohydrates. The organism has to spend energy to utilise long-chain carbohydrates, a process similar to the digestion of proteins.
• The simple sugars (mono- and disaccharides) are turned into glucose quicker and arrive in the blood in a shorter amount of time. They let the blood sugar level rise quickly and increase the release of insulin. More insulin means a higher breakdown of glucose, a decrease of the blood sugar level and a renewed sensation of hunger.
• Therefore you should consume few simple carbohydrates and better help yourself with complex carbohydrates. Superfluous carbohydrates are not discarded but stored in the liver and the muscles as a quickly utilisable body’s own energy supply. Under certain circumstances surplus glucose can be transferred into fat. Thus when feeding on a diet very rich in carbohydrates (more than 500 g sugar per day) the well known fat stores can develop even if the diet is poor in fat.

Strengthen Your Vitality With Alkaline Foods

The human body has various ways to secrete acids, toxins and other harmful substances through different organs and functions. The main secretion organs are the outermost layers of the skin, which release toxins through sweat, pimples, eczema, shed, warts; and the mucous membranes through mucus and discharge. One of the most important organ for secretion are your intestines. In the intestines, acids are split into gas and water, which is the cause of flatulence. That is why we highly recommend a herbal or hydro colon cleanse.

The kidneys are the most important secretion organs in removing acids, such as uric acid, lactic acid, sulfuric acid, nitric acid, oxalic acid and other acids within the body. These organs are crucial for our bodies function in excreting acids, chemical reagents, and other base-forming minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, and sodium.

We need these base-forming minerals and we receive them from the daily vegetable diet. The vital substances received through this kind of diet are not only the basis to form our bones and tendons, our vessels, cartilage and skin; these vital substances are virtually carriers, which bind the acids molecule to molecule, removing them from our body through urine. Therefore it is our essential that our daily diet be rich in vital substances and minerals, creating an efficient life of health and beauty for the acid-loaded body of the modern human being.

Wurzelkraft serves as a tremendous assistant for our two kidneys. It strengthens their productivity in secreting acids and other toxins from the body. The secretion capacity of the kidneys in our modern and diet–with an overabundance of coffee, meat, sweets salty chips and peanuts–is greatly diminished. The kidneys are overloaded with pollutants and acids, while receiving only small amounts of energy-lacking minerals for acid neutralization and strengthening. Offer your body an abundance of alkaline foods.

We need large amounts of not only organic vegetable and whole food supplements because they are necessary for people suffering from deposits or excretions – it is a tremendous help for the kidneys and their capacity to secrete acids. For patients with structural damage including osteoporosis, spinal disc problems, skin aging or similar. You cannot overdo eating a healthy diet. You are able to eat better for your health!

A whole food dietary supplement like Wurzelkraft, which contains 100 all natural plants and plant substances, is a fully designed omnimolekular (all minerals are completely available in the supplement) whole food, which provides the body with a limitless abundance of minerals and vitamins, amino acids and countless vegetable fiber and other active substances. It is a living food that permeates our body with vital energy. The superior offer of Wurzelkraft is the high energetic, base-forming minerals that thoroughly strengthen the kidneys, improving overall body function and health. Our body is in a desperate need of nano-sized, organic minerals to deal with toxins and acids. “Alkalize or Die”

Eat lots of alkaline foods to improve your health.

Alkaline Natural Skin Care Can Aid In Cellulite Reduction

Posted on : 20-01-2011 | By : Stephan, The Alkaline Diet Guy | In : Uncategorized

According to leading nutritionists, the ultimate cause of cellulite is too much dietary acid. In order to maintain the correct pH balance, the body metabolises excess acids and turns them into neutral salts. When these salts build up in the body, they are deposited in the storage tissue in the thighs, hips or bottom along with water and fat. Over time these deposits can harden, resulting in cellulite. Here are some ways you can reduce cellulite with natural skin care.

Drink more liquids

Neutral salts created as a result of excess dietary acid can be released in the sweat or urine. It is only when the body builds up too many of these salts that they are stored as one of the components of cellulite. Drinking plenty of non-acidic liquids such as water and herbal tea will help to flush excess salts from the body and prevent cellulite formation.

Eat more fruits and vegetables.

Fruits and vegetables are alkaline foods which will help to balance your intake of acidic foods. If your kidneys don’t have to deal with a net acid-overload, your body will make fewer cellulite producing compounds. In addition, these natural foods can aid weight loss, resulting in less fat stored as cellulite deposits.

Go gluten-free

Wheat flour is one of the main sources of acid in the modern diet. Bread, pasta, cakes and breakfast cereals made from wheat tend to contribute to an acid imbalance. By switching to a gluten-free diet you can help your body restore its optimum pH levels and abolish the main cause of cellulite.

Engage in regular aerobic exercise

Aerobic exercise encourages the body to use the fat contained in cellulite deposits as fuel. Your body will continue to burn fat for hours after exercising. In addition, when you engage in strenuous exercise, excess neutral salts are released in you sweat, rather than stored on your thighs.

Soak in an alkaline bath

Alkaline bath salts with a pH value of 7.5 or higher are available for purchase from specialist suppliers. A leisurely alkaline bath could encourage your body to release excess acids through your skin. Use a bath brush to stimulate the tissues and promote the elimination of waste products.

Enjoy lots of alkaline foods to improve your vitality.
An alkaline diet can improve your life.

The “Oil Change” for your body -Alkaline Foods Cleanse your Body

The “Oil Change” for your body

by Dr. h.c. Peter Jentschura

Just as every car needs oil change, our body also requires purification. Especially for high-stamina sportsmen, it is important to get “the sand” out of the system and to refuel after tough conditions. For athletes there is often an over-accumulation of carbonic acids, lactic acids, acetic acids, and uric acids; coupled with an acidic diet consisting of much sugar, sweets, white flour products, soft drinks, coffee, fast foods and animal products. This results in hyperacidity, which decreases overall health and well-being.

Acids slow down our power and our capacity to regenerate, as they consume vital substances like minerals, which are essential in the regeneration process. Our metabolism has to neutralize the excess acids and waste products with our own vital alkaline substances. If these vital alkaline substances are not abundant in our diet, our body’s’ own reserves– such as skin, hair, teeth, bones, joints, and tendons– will be “targeted”. This quickens the wear out process. Additionally formed neutral salts will be deposited as waste products, which create a bottleneck in our excretory organs. Performance declines and increased risks of injuries are inevitable.

Oil Change

The key to maximum regeneration and permanent productivity is through internal cleansing and purification. For the body, detoxification always occurs in 3 steps, which we will refer to as a “triple jump of purification”:

  1. Removing  waste products

Herbal teas, especially those designed specifically for removing waste products, reactivate deposited acids. Start with a small amount of tea in the beginning, and then increase step by step. Everything that is soluble by tea has to be metabolized in the end.

  1. Neutralization and Removal of Acidity

Our body needs the whole spectrum of vital nutrients derived from plant foods like vegetables, salads, sprouts, and seeds in order to remove the freed acids. These plant foods optimize the natural systems and enzymes for de-acidification and are essential for energy production, regeneration, and increased efficiency. They take care of strong muscles, stable tendons and joints as well as strong bones.

  1. Elimination of acidity

Finally the soluble acids have to be eliminated. In this process the skin plays a central role with its countless sweat glands and sebaceous glands. The substances that our kidneys, intestines, and lungs are not able to eliminate can be eliminated through the skin with alkaline body care. Alkaline baths and foot baths, peelings, and massages have all proven to be extremely effective in the purification process. They also have the added benefit of making the skin velvety soft and smooth, and able to eliminate effectively.

The result of the “oil change” is a revitalized, taut and beautiful body—both internally and externally.

Lecture All about the alkaline life style…

Everybody speaks about the miracles that happen when you alkalize your body. What the truth of this? What is the difference between an alkaline or acidic life style and how does it affect our health?

We will speak about the different aspects and consequences of living the alkaline life style and discuss the following topics:

What deteriorates our health and wellbeing?

How to stay healthy, energetic and beautiful?

Organic vs. inorganic dietary supplements

Responsible pregnancy

Toxins and weight loss

Menopause

Cellulite

This lecture is crucial: People don’t realize what they do to their bodies in eating processed food and spending their lives being continuously stressed. Both create acidity. To deal with the large amounts of acidity we rob our bodies’ mineral deposits. This starts the process of deterioration.

Instead of dying at the age of 100-120 in a healthy body after a fulfilled life most of us die at 70-80 years old after 10-20 years of suffering from diseases and longing for deep fulfillment.

The lecture will be held by Stephan Wilmes aka AlkalineDietGuy. Stephan is an Ayurvedic therapist.

“Healthy Living with Alkaline Foods” by Dr. h.c. Peter Jentschura

Posted on : 02-03-2010 | By : Stephan, The Alkaline Diet Guy | In : alkaline diet, Alkaline Diet and improving your well-being

For more than 25 years, Dr. h.c. Peter Jentschura has led scientific researching the areas of body chemistry, internal cleansing, and purification. The Founder and CEO of the Jentschura International GmbH  in Muenster, Germany, Dr Jentschura is trained as a Chemist, is a Entrepreneur, Health-Pioneer, successful author as well as the creator of a cutting-edge, highly effective purification program. In the following interview, Dr Jentschura shares the keys to purifying our bodies and boosting our overall health and vitality.

1.     Is it correct to say that many illnesses caused by civilization have their roots in an insufficient diet?

Dr. Jentschura: Yes, definitely. An imbalanced diet can further many illnesses caused by civilization or can be the root of the illness. Paired with alcohol, nicotine, lack of activity, stress, and anxiety, a dangerous cocktail of poison can build in the body, resulting in chronic acidity of the organism, the consumption of essence, damage of structure, and incrustations. Other possible consequences include: high blood pressure, excess weight, arterioscleroses, osteoporoses, gout, cellulites, hair loss, allergies, diabetes, and other skin diseases.

2.     What are the biggest diet mistakes?

Dr. Jentschura:  The greatest diet mistake is that many people don’t take into careful consideration what they choose to eat, so a balanced and vital, substance- rich diet falls short. One eats–or better described–one quickly consumes a kebab during a break, a bar of chocolate on the side, and a pizza in front of TV in the evening.  That’s why acid-producing foods, such as meat, sweets, white flour, cakes and soft drinks are on the daily menu. Also the over intake of animal protein and sugar are factors contributing to acidification and waste products. Foods with a high source of vital substances and complex carbohydrates in the form of fruits, vegetables, herbs, and seeds mainly fall short.

3.     What does “healthy diet” mean to you?

Dr. Jentschura: Healthy diet means a balanced and vital substance-rich diet, in conjunction with my rules: “Stay away from what harms you! Eat, drink and do what is useful! Eliminate what is harmful!” A vital rich and therefore  an alkaline whole foods diet with an abundance of raw foods and vegetables leads significantly to more life energy and well being. A diet mainly consisting of fresh and unrefined ingredients not processed and   manipulated by genetic technology, increases lasting activity of spirit and body. An alkaline diet with vital substances and minerals decisively supports the elimination function of the kidneys and contributes to the positive fact that our blood is alkaline. To secure the course of important physiological activities in the human body, such as breathing, circulation, digestion, excretion, the body’s defence function and balance of hormones, a light alkaline environment with a ph level between 7.35 and 7.45 is needed.

4.     For most people the daily meals should not be very time consuming. Is a healthy diet compatible with eating in a hurry?

Dr. Jentschura:  “When you eat in a hurry in the end you fall short. Good chewing is half way digested” is an old saying. The chewing process is very important in breaking down food and allowing the saliva to do its work. The saliva provides important digestive enzymes, so a kind of pre- digestion occurs in the mouth. When food is swallowed in a hurry, the stomach is prevented from doing its “work preparation”. The consequences are: the digestive organs have to do more work, and nutrients are poorly distributed. If one has less time to eat, then it is more favourable to eat less and, instead, chew slower.

5.     Which advice would you give: Slowly change to an alkaline diet or make a complete change overnight?

Dr. Jentschura:  A guiding principle is “Hurry with patience!” The longer a mal nutritious diet  has been “enjoyed” with lots of animal proteins, fast foods, white flour, sugar, alcohol, and sweets, the more time one should give to make the change in dietary habits. With a moderate start, the organism is able to adjust slowly to the new natural diet. The daily food should contain 80% of vegetables, herbs, salads, fruits, potatoes, nuts, and seeds like millet, buckwheat, and quinoa. To start the day powerfully, one should value an alkaline breakfast.

6.     Science has now become interested in the advantages of an alkaline diet. Despite this fact, this discussion has not yet reached the orthodox working medical doctors. What is the reason for this?

Dr. Jentschura:  The classical medicine takes care mainly of symptoms rather than the cause of a problem. However, this is not the way out of the labyrinth of illnesses caused by civilization. Many medical doctors don’t treat symptoms as a way of healing. The symptom – one can look at it as an attempt of the body to heal itself- demonstrates the process of healing. This natural and dynamic healing and rescue plan has to be recognized and supported. That should be done for most with an alkaline diet and an alkaline body cleansing.

7.     Alkaline diet is one vital component. What other factors would you say a healthy life should include?

Dr. Jentschura: If one wants to live healthy and long, one should take care of a balanced acid/alkaline diet, and also bring spirit and body in balance. Stress in jobs and in leisure time, anxieties, less sleep, too much or not enough physical activities are also indicators that our bodies are literally being turned into acidity. Health also means that we live in balance, enjoy life, enjoy being a human being, and to show that. Of course, once in a while one can enjoy something not healthy. One should enjoy compensatively. That means for example: the next day after a long party night, “sins” should be met with a vital substances rich diet and with an alkaline cleansing of the body.

Questions concerning Alkaline Foods, Gum Care and the Function of Water/Alkaline Drinks

Posted on : 17-02-2010 | By : Stephan, The Alkaline Diet Guy | In : Uncategorized

1.  Why does the book say to drink low mineral water?   I like to drink water on the alkaline side (Fiji, Evian, Essential) or artesian well water and I sometimes add an alkaline ph booster to water which is purified such as Danani or Aquafina.  Alkaline water has more minerals which should be good, should it not?  Do we have to get our minerals from food and not water?

You are on the right track….  Dr. h.c. Jentschura recommends to drink low mineralized water (which usually is slightly alkaline) because of the 2 functions of the water: to hydrate our body and to help the body to eliminate toxins and acids.

Usually the ph booster just adds mineral salts to the water – which is just positive on a short term. If I have a heart attack or feel strong pain or suffer from a serious disease I would drink the |Alkaline Drink at 10.00 am, 4.00 pm and 10.00 pm (made with AlkaBath, Baking Soda or any ph booster and water) to boost my bloods ph-level. Then my bloods starts to transport oxygen and nutrition much better again, so my life sustaining functions work again!

The recommended times are the times of alkaline floods in the body – just like the tides of the ocean.

But: the Alkaline Drink is just a fire made with straw. Since mineral salts just boost the ph-level of the blood and the urine they are not able to help us long term.

Because only plant-derived organic minerals are able to chemically bind a toxin/acid and then a mineral salt is created. The body easily is able to eliminate mineral salts if all organs are working fine.

We have to realize that the overflow of acids (due to a stressful lifestyle and acidic generating diet) is creating all body degeneration.

In order to reverse this process we created the Alkaline Life Style:

Offer the body an abundance of organic minerals (with WurzelKraft, MorgenStund, Spirulina and lots of fresh, green foods),

Help the body cleanse (e.g. with AlkaHerb but also Colon/Kidney Cleansing so all nutrition can be easily absorbed).

Good fresh air and refreshing body movement is very important too.

Also we recommend Cranio-Sacral Healing Sessions to heal old childhood wounds.

But a deep and nourishing body-mind-soul connection is crucial: Creating love is crucial. Believing in healing and goodness is the base for change.

2.  I have been having trouble loosing metal fillings and crowns in the last couple years.  I use a toothpaste called Claybrite which has clay it in (a detoxer) and of course I have recently been drinking the 7×7 tea.

Do you think there is any chance that these products are trying to eliminate non-natural elements from my mouth, i.e. metal fillings?

Well, what you mean with metal fillings. I hope not Amalgam. Because that is very toxic and even for bitten in some countries e.g. like Sweden.

Gold or ceramic crones are much better and more natural….

I highly doubt that you loose the fillings because of Claybrite or AlkaHerb!

I found some good tips for gum problems: Clean your gums and teeth with AlkaBath very carefully and let is work for some time in your mouth. The high alkalinity of the bath salt kills all germs.

Also tea tree oil is very good for gums and tooth care.

Colloidal silver is a medieval antibiotic remedy.

Getting More Alkaline Foods into your Diet

Getting More Alkaline Food into Your Diet!

The alkaline diet is a very new way to look at how you eat. The essentials of the diet are to keep the ph balance of food intake at 80% alkaline with 20% acidity. The goal with this diet is to match the ph level of the bloodstream, which runs on the alkaline side. This task can be daunting for many because foods that most people love to indulge themselves on are considered high in acidity. The goal in adding more alkaline into your diet is to identify good sources of alkaline. Creating a comprehensive list of alkaline producing foods will help you make the most of the alkaline diet.

Alkalizing foods have a tonic effect on the body. By neutralizing the acidity in the bloodstream, alkaline foods act as a “breath of fresh air” to the system regenerating and restoring damaged cells. Diets high in acidic foods cause the body to break down prematurely, the bloodstream carries these “acid bombs” throughout the system wreaking havoc in their wake. By determining what foods have an alkalizing effect on the body, we can incorporate them into our diet in larger amounts, setting the pH levels in the bloodstream to the optimum level. On average, the pH level of human blood is between 7.35 and 7.45; levels 7 and above are considered alkaline.

Vegetables and fruits are the easiest ways to get more alkaline into your diet. Vegetables that are alkalizing are:

Since we had technical problems in the first 10 min of our radio interview, here we go….

Welcome to BlogTalkRadio, Welcome to the AlkalineDietGuy aka StephanWilmes. Our mission is to raise your body’s alkaline level to avoid painful diseases and to boost your vitality.

Our guest today is Dr. Peter Jentschura!

He is a international best-selling author (“Health by Purification) and founder of Jentschura International GmbH. He has dedicated his life to research the effect of acids and alkalines in the human body on a biochemical level.

The Jentschura International GmbH is the global leading company in alkaline foods and body care products and is successfully helping people in 25 different countries worldwide.

Dr. Jentschura, besides to your activity as industrial business manager you are also a successful editor.

DR. JENTSCHURA:
Indeed. My two books “Health by Purification” and “zivilisatoselos leben” are international bestsellers, translated into several worldwide spoken languages. The topics I wrote about are health, aging and the modern civilisation diseases.

Together with my co-author Josef Lohkämper, we demonstrate how the present living and nutrition habits negatively influence the acid-alkaline balance in the human biochemistry. We also point out that long-lasting health and beauty are definitely based on an alkaline-generating nutrition and alkaline body care.

ALKALINEDIETGUY:
Dr. Jentschura, the Moscow University of Natural Science honoured your lifelong research and granted you the title of Doctor honoris causa in biomedicine on 1st June 2007. What significance does this title have for you personally?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
It was a very special moment indeed. It was the appreciation and valuing of my comprehensive and permanent research work and an acknowledgment of my theories and discoveries. It was a marvellous and divine moment which encouraged me to go on. ******

ALKALINEDIETGUY
Jentschura International GmbH is an international developer and manufacturer of alkaline body care products and alkaline-generating food products. The Executive Board and Management team are based in Münster, Germany. The family business, founded in 1993, employs a staff of about 100 people working in administration and production. The company not only supplies its products to the German domestic market but also primarily to its European neighbours as well as to Russia, Canada, the US, Korea and Taiwan. The international market leader with own branches in Switzerland and Mexico exports its health, beauty, performance and regeneration products and concepts to a total of 26 countries.

Dr. Jentschura, your company Jentschura International GmbH has its roots in the old German drugstore business. Can you give us some more details about this?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
In 1935 my parents Margarete and Helmut Jentschura were already running a drugstore in Breslau. They were researching the composition, application and effects of natural body care products and healthy food stuff, especially that of their own tea selections.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
How did you continue this research work?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
First I was trained as industrial manager. Then I continued with promoting as a druggist. In 1966 I thus followed up the family tradition. Whilst running a regular drugstore business I started with naturopathic research on the human biochemistry with focus on toxin built-up, purification and regeneration processes. This research work set the basis for the present core products of the P. Jentschura product range.

ALKALINEDIETGUY An old German proverb says „In the morning eat like an emperor, at midday like a nobleman and in the evening like a beggar”. Dr. Jentschura, you are considered to be an expert to all issues related to the human metabolism. Therefore you can certainly answer the question why one should eat this way.

DR. JENTSCHURA:
This question could already have been answered decades ago by the famous Professor Friedrich Sander of the University of Braunschweig. He postulated that between 5am and 7am a big acid flood runs through our body. He noticed this with his urine measurements.
The acid floods during the day are generated by the parietal cells of the stomach – one in the morning at 7am and one at 1pm, at 7pm and again at 1am at night. The morning acid flood is the strongest.

My colleague Josef Lohkämper and I have done further research. A strong acid flood of the stomach means that precisely at that time the largest plenitude of digestive juices is available. At that time the stomach is able to digest at a high rate. The digestive ability decreases from acid flood to acid flood. This is why you should eat less at lunchtime and even lesser in the evening.

How do you start your day in an “imperial way”?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
For me “morning” has a lot of different meanings. On the one hand there is the big acid flood Professor Friedrich Sander spoke about, which invites you to have an ample breakfast. On the other hand there is the red sky in the morning when nature switches on the light of the day and encourages the plant realm to release oxygen so that all human beings firstly awake and start living.

For me one perception bears a meaning which I think I have taken from the Book Daniel. In my understanding it says that the hour of the red sky in the morning is the time when gold arises in our bodies by means of cold and warm nuclear fusion from the elements of the air we breathe. It might be the origin of the old German proverb “MorgenStund’ hat Gold im Mund”.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
That sounds very esoteric, even if you refer to the Book Daniel from the Old Testament.

DR. JENTSCHURA:
Well you know, terms and claims are esoteric for us only as long as we do not understand their meaning or as long as we have not gained enough information about. Once the degree of knowledge is sufficiently high the previously “esoteric” things become quite clear.
I have for example created a breakfast porridge and sincerely tried to select as many ingredients as possible containing the element gold, according to the research of the German naturopaths family Leisen and my friend Josef Lohkämper. Some of the ingredients are millet, apple, pineapple, amaranth, sunflower seed and sweet almonds.

In your opinion, what is the mission of the element gold in our human metabolism?
