Your Real Centre of Health

An alkaline generating and nutrition rich approach is the starting point for your well being. However, the replacement of acidic foods with alkaline foods as well as the change from cooked food to raw food is not necessarily sufficient. Because over the years many impurities, toxins and other debris have deposited in the gut. This we will only slowly dissolve with a pure diet. A big belly is a sign that the colon is overloaded and overflowing with waste. A colon cleansing is indicated. If in doubt, always consult your doctor and ask for advice. Generally, however, you can facilitate a colon cleansing at home. Using a enema device it is possible to perform a gentle and particularly simple type of colon cleansing. Old impurities are flushed out of the body quickly and effectively. Also Markus Rothkranz, raw food star from the US, recommends and practices the performing regular colon cleanses using an inlet device. He promotes in detail how easy the custom colon cleansing with the help of an inlet device at home is feasible.

 

To create the enema fluid Dr. Jentschura recommends using his cleansing tea 7×7 AlkaHerb with 49 herbs and a pinch of AlkaBath. This creates a nice high pH-level.

Coffee enemas with a very acidic pH-level are also popular and they have a detox effect as well. But we believe that a high pH-level does pull out even more toxins/acids due to the principle of Osmosis since toxins and acids do have a low pH-level.

Also we recommend a high quality probiotic supplement to support your gut flora, not only if you had to take antibiotics, but also if your stool is too soft. You can get a high quality product which needs to be stored in the fridge. (e.g. AcidophilusUltra by New Roots)

 

If you suffer from constipation this may help:

Exercise

Morning Lemon Juice: drink on empty stomach: You need 1 fresh lemon and 1 cup of warm water

 

High fiber foods in vegetable such as sprouts, carrots, and asparagus

 

Fresh organic fruits, or dried fruits such as apples, raisins, apricots, and prunes

 

To detoxify and cleanse try dandelions tea. You need 1-2 teaspoons of dried dandelion leaves and 1 cup of hot water

 

Morning Organic Olive Oil: drink on empty stomach. You need 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

 

Flax seed Oil Drink: You will need a glass of orange juice with pulp (8 oz.) and 1 tablespoon of flax seed oil

 

Baking Soda Drink: (only on empty stomach and for a maximum of 10 days) You will need 1 teaspoon baking soda and  1/4 cup warm water. Drink quickly!

 

Morning  Lemon Juice: drink on empty stomach: You need 1 fresh lemon and 1 cup of warm water

 

 

Empty out with Epsom salts emergency drink: You will need 2 teaspoons of Epsom salt (for adults) OR ½ teaspoon (for children)* and 1 cup of water or fruit juice

 

Concerning your (gut) health please notice that it took us quite some time (10, 20, 30 years plus) to imbalance our health. Now give it some time and effort to rebalance 🙂

The Need to Exercise

Spring time means outdoors time. Very few people know that deep breathing does help eliminating acids/toxins via the respiratory system.

 

I cannot overemphasize the benefits of working out enough. About 50 years ago our life was structured completely different. People “enjoyed” much more physical work. We come from a historical background of being hunters and gatherers with lots of physical activities.

 

Nowadays some people’s exercise is equivalent to pumping the gas pedal and pushing the buttons on the elevator.

 

 

Also you can also recognize the opposite behavior: Some people recognize the need to work out desperately after sitting all day all week and basically overdue it by running a marathon on the weekend. Not very healthy either.

 

We invite you to exercise on a regular base. Try twice a day for at least 20 min:

 

Walking in Mother Nature

Biking

Jumping the Trampoline

Swimming

Dancing

Skip the rope

Yoga

Pilates

 

Besides getting rid of toxins and acids enjoy a much more relaxed state of mind after your work out.

 

My tip for you: Try to work out in the morning and enjoy a increased metabolism with more fat burning and increased happiness hormones all day 🙂

Pain Reduction

To live with chronic pain is very challenging. I like to offer you some inspirations to help with pain.

Yoga, Meditation, Therapy, Deep Joy

Emotional Stress is in my perception #1 reason for long term physical pain. Find ways to implement sources of joy and relaxation into your life on a daily base.

Physical therapy

Massage therapy, Cranio-sacral therapy, Physio therapy, Feldenkrais, Chiropractic therapy can have a positive result.

Exercise, Yoga and Walks

Mostly pain is related to an overflow of acids and toxins in your body. Deep breathing does help eliminating acids/toxins via the respiratory system.

Exercise does strengthen your muscles. In Germany there is a saying: “A strong back does give you no pain”.

Try to work out as much as you can. YouTube is full of inspirational videos about e.g. exercises for chronic neck and shoulder pain/ degenerative arthritis.

Just do it 🙂

 

3 Weeks Hypoallergenic Alkaline Diet

This means completely avoiding an acidic diet with all the obvious unhealthy foods to see if your pain is reduced. Your focus is a super clean healthy green diet based on organic green vegetables.

Try to avoid (as much as you can) acid generating foods like sugar, sweeteners, meet (red meat/pork), soft drinks, coffee, black tea, alcohol, milk and dairy products.

After the 3 weeks any pain symptoms should not exist anymore.

After 3 weeks you slowly introduce one acidic food at a time and see how your body reacts and if pain is reintroduced.

 

 

Arnica

Arnica is applied to the skin for pain and swelling associated with bruises, aches, sprains, and arthritis. It is also applied to the skin for  muscle and cartilage pain, chapped lips, and acne.

 

MSM
Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) impacts your health by reducing inflammation and improving your body’s ability to make its own antioxidants.

 

Probiotics

If you have an inflammatory type of arthritis and lot of pain, probiotics may be especially important. The beneficial bacteria appear to have an impact on inflammation, reducing common biomarkers of inflammation, including C-reactive protein.

Vitamin C

Also known as ascorbic acid, vitamin C has also been linked with pain relief

Turmeric

Curcumin is the main active ingredient in turmeric. It has powerful anti-inflammatory effects and is a very strong antioxidant.

Omega-3

Omega-3 fats are healthy fats with many health benefits for adult and children. Omega-3 fats may help lower your risk of heart disease. In infants, omega-3 fats help with brain, nerve and eye development.  Research is currently being done to see if omega-3 fats play a role in lowering the risk of cancer, dementia, Alzheimer’s disease and depression.

 

Serrapeptase

Serrapeptase has been used successfully for the treatment of cardiovascular problems, arthritis, fibrocystic breast disease, lung problems, sinusitis problems, carpal tunnel syndrome, and even sports injuries. It is recommended as an anti-aging agent simply because much of aging has to do with the accumulation of scar tissue, inflammation, and dis-regulation.

 

Dr. Jentschura’s 3 step program

“Alkalize or Die”

Sorry for this shocking, powerful headline. And it is true on a chemical level. Our blood must be always alkaline otherwise we die instantly.
Nevertheless some MDs claim that “The Alkaline LifeStyle” is nonsense because the body itself has many different pH-levels and is able to buffer any diet (acid or alkaline).
Yes, the body is able to buffer any diet for a certain amount of time. But it comes with a cost to it.
Of course our body, the biochemical miracle, is able to deal with for instance a strong black coffee (which has a 10.000 times more acidic pH-level that our blood) and it is able to buffer it. But buffering actually means that the body is neutralizing the acidity of the coffee in a chemical reaction using organic minerals out of our mineral deposits (bones, skin, scalp and teeth).
So in living the “I do not care what I eat/drink” acidic life style with no exercise and lots of stress I basically long term exploit my body via demineralization which causes lots of diseases.
I love the simplistic comparison of your body with a bank account: Either you choose to deposit youth and health via alkaline life style (green, mineral rich diet/exercise/good sleep/positive attitude) or you deploit your health via acidic life style.

Why? Lots of people who stepped away from sugar consumption report about weight loss, no more joint and back pains, losing insomnia, anxiety, depression and increased short and long term memory.
Step 1: Every craving/addiction in our life comes from an anticipated deficit in our hearts. Open your heart to let love in and let it flow, even if it aches.
Step 2: Keep your blood sugar stable. Have a great breakfast with protein and high quality carbs. Have lots of healthy meals/snacks during the day.
Step 3: The higher the amount of organic vital substances in your foods, the less cravings you will have. If you offer your body lots of organic super foods (e.g. like Wurzelkraft), it will be very grateful! If we go for fast food, after a short period our body reports “I am hungry again (for real food)”.
Step 4: Team up with family and friend. Create your own support group. Sets goals together and support each other.
Step 5: Engage in good activities with happy people. Exercise is always great! Find workout buddies and set appointments.
Step 6: Sugars are in almost everything, whether they’re natural or added. The key to cutting back on yours is to understand labels. Anything that ends in –ose is a sugar. Likewise, things that have the word “syrup” in them, or fruit juice concentrate.
Step 7: Make nuts, full-fat plain yoghurts, cinnamon and fresh vegetables, organic lean meat and fish your friends. Buy a good quality olive oil, coconut oil and prepare to cook “clean” – ie fresh wholesome food that’s not going to be drowned in sauces or marinades.
Step 8: Be kind with yourself. If you fall, get up right away. Set long term goals and focus your mind energy on achieving them. Meditation and prayer do help.

Tips on how to deal with stress

Stress: “A state of mental or emotional strain or tension resulting from adverse or very demanding circumstances.”

In our fast pace lives it is sometimes very hard to juggle family, hobbies, body care/fitness, finances, career, friends, etc.. It seems to be very easy to get lost in demanding circumstances.

 

Stress is, with anger and fear, one of the biggest reasons for not being well, which is the beginning of any dis-ease in our busy lives. On a physical level it creates lots of acidity in our body which brings imbalance in our body chemistry.

 

What to do?

1. Set your priorities right. Find out why you are here on the planet. Dig deep. Get a foundation for your existence which is solid. The deeper you dig the stronger it is. Are you here to become a multi millionaire while working like crazy? What is your life about? How old do you plan to become? Take time for and with yourself and ask you self uncomfortable questions and find out what your priorities in life are. That is crucial for a happy, healthy life!!!

2. Love exercise! Walking, swimming, dancing, jumping, working out, team sports, all bring lots of fun into your life. YouTube is full of aerobic, dance and Zumba videos you can start with. There are great programs like P90X you can buy and enjoy working out at home without going to a gym.

3. Breathing exercises, Yoga and meditation are very recommended. Deep, relaxed, proper breathing is super important for healthy living because, not only acids and toxins are actually released via the respiratory system, but also lots of healthy benefits are connected with breathing:

Steady energy throughout the day,
Great positive mood,
Freedom to breathe deeply and easily,
Waking up clear headed and refreshed,
A Clear mind and good memory,
A strong vocal expression.
