However pH in the blood is always a bnlaace and a very narrow range, so I don’t understand how people out there are saying that eating an alkaline diet is the healthiest option? If your body becomes TOO alkaline, isn’t that just as life threatening as if it were too acidic?

We know alkaline generating foods and acid generating foods.

Easy example: Watch the movie Supersize Me
The gentleman eats 4 weeks McDonald: all acid generating foods
After few weeks doctors tell him that his blood values are going down, he is gaining weight and is getting sick.

It is that simple: eating green loaded with vital substances makes you healthy and eating proceed foods with not content makes you sick.

Very few people are in danger of becoming too alkaline due to our North American stress full life style.

Hi, most people are too acidic due to an acidic life style (supersize me, lots of stress and fear). Very few people are in danger of becoming to alkaline.
