Pregnancy can be an especially happy time in a woman’s life, but it can also cause problems.

Right from the start of pregnancy, a woman is in a situation where her own metabolism has abruptly changed. Her periods have stopped and the future child is growing in the amniotic sac. This situation requires the previous quantity of minerals and vital substances taken to be tripled.

The pregnant woman wants to maintain her health and beauty, and has the normal needs for this. As she is not having her monthly periods, the acids and harmful substances in the body which were previously eliminated remain in the body and have to be metabolized internally, which means the quantity of minerals and vital substances taken has to be doubled.

But the growing child also needs to develop its body, which means that the consumption of vital substances and energy-rich minerals has to be tripled. Having a long alkaline foot or full bath is the easiest way to deeply relax and help your body release toxins and acids in a very natural way.

 

 

Why? The high PH-level of the water is pulling out acids and toxins via the principle of Osmosis. The skin is semi permeable which means that liquids e.g. skin lotions go into the skin but also toxins and acids move out.

Why bathing although chlorine water is toxic? Here we recommend either to use a water filter for the complete house. If that is not an option we use a little trick: Fill your bath tub with extremely hot water and let is cool down for 30-40 min until it has nice warm temperature. The poisoning Chlorine will gradually evaporate.  Then you put in the bath salt and yourself.

Which bath salt should I use? Epsom salts are very popular but do only create a PH-level of 6.5. Baking soda will only create a PH-level of 6.2. Dead Sea salt will also create a Ph-level around 6.5 – I also felt a little “dead” and tired after using Dead Sea salt for a full bath. Of course we highly recommend Dr. h.c. Getting More Alkaline Food into Your Diet!

The alkaline diet is a very new way to look at how you eat. The essentials of the diet are to keep the ph balance of food intake at 80% alkaline with 20% acidity. The goal with this diet is to match the ph level of the bloodstream, which runs on the alkaline side. This task can be daunting for many because foods that most people love to indulge themselves on are considered high in acidity. The goal in adding more alkaline into your diet is to identify good sources of alkaline. Creating a comprehensive list of alkaline producing foods will help you make the most of the alkaline diet.

Alkalizing foods have a tonic effect on the body. By neutralizing the acidity in the bloodstream, alkaline foods act as a “breath of fresh air” to the system regenerating and restoring damaged cells. Diets high in acidic foods cause the body to break down prematurely, the bloodstream carries these “acid bombs” throughout the system wreaking havoc in their wake. Indeed. My two books “Health by Purification” and “zivilisatoselos leben” are international bestsellers, translated into several worldwide spoken languages. The topics I wrote about are health, aging and the modern civilisation diseases.

DR. JENTSCHURA:
It was a very special moment indeed. It was the appreciation and valuing of my comprehensive and permanent research work and an acknowledgment of my theories and discoveries. It was a marvellous and divine moment which encouraged me to go on. ******

Jentschura International GmbH is an international developer and manufacturer of alkaline body care products and alkaline-generating food products. The Executive Board and Management team are based in Münster, Germany. The family business, founded in 1993, employs a staff of about 100 people working in administration and production. Dr. Jentschura, your company Jentschura International GmbH has its roots in the old German drugstore business. Can you give us some more details about this?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
In 1935 my parents Margarete and Helmut Jentschura were already running a drugstore in Breslau. They were researching the composition, application and effects of natural body care products and healthy food stuff, especially that of their own tea selections.

How did you continue this research work?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
First I was trained as industrial manager. Then I continued with promoting as a druggist. In 1966 I thus followed up the family tradition. Whilst running a regular drugstore business I started with naturopathic research on the human biochemistry with focus on toxin built-up, purification and regeneration processes. This research work set the basis for the present core products of the P. Jentschura product range.

ALKALINEDIETGUY An old German proverb says „In the morning eat like an emperor, at midday like a nobleman and in the evening like a beggar”. Dr. Jentschura, you are considered to be an expert to all issues related to the human metabolism. Therefore you can certainly answer the question why one should eat this way.

DR. JENTSCHURA:
This question could already have been answered decades ago by the famous Professor Friedrich Sander of the University of Braunschweig. He postulated that between 5am and 7am a big acid flood runs through our body. He noticed this with his urine measurements.
The acid floods during the day are generated by the parietal cells of the stomach – one in the morning at 7am and one at 1pm, at 7pm and again at 1am at night. The morning acid flood is the strongest.

My colleague Josef Lohkämper and I have done further research. A strong acid flood of the stomach means that precisely at that time the largest plenitude of digestive juices is available. At that time the stomach is able to digest at a high rate. The digestive ability decreases from acid flood to acid flood. This is why you should eat less at lunchtime and even lesser in the evening.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
How do you start your day in an “imperial way”?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
For me “morning” has a lot of different meanings. On the one hand there is the big acid flood Professor Friedrich Sander spoke about, which invites you to have an ample breakfast. On the other hand there is the red sky in the morning when nature switches on the light of the day and encourages the plant realm to release oxygen so that all human beings firstly awake and start living.

For me one perception bears a meaning which I think I have taken from the Book Daniel. In my understanding it says that the hour of the red sky in the morning is the time when gold arises in our bodies by means of cold and warm nuclear fusion from the elements of the air we breathe. It might be the origin of the old German proverb “MorgenStund’ hat Gold im Mund”.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
That sounds very esoteric, even if you refer to the Book Daniel from the Old Testament.

DR. JENTSCHURA:
Well you know, terms and claims are esoteric for us only as long as we do not understand their meaning or as long as we have not gained enough information about. Once the degree of knowledge is sufficiently high the previously “esoteric” things become quite clear.
I have for example created a breakfast porridge and sincerely tried to select as many ingredients as possible containing the element gold, according to the research of the German naturopaths family Leisen and my friend Josef Lohkämper. Some of the ingredients are millet, apple, pineapple, amaranth, sunflower seed and sweet almonds.

Hi,
so now I adress this topic to you speaking from my experience as a ex pro athlete:
Sports and physical movement are great but should be balanced. A lack of exercise leads to a lack of oxygen and to the build-up of acidity through carbonic acid. Excessive exercise also leads to a lack of oxygen and to acidity in the body; this is the caused by lactic acid. My dad always says: do everything in moderation!
Moderate exercise after work or in your free time removes the built-up carbonic acid and protects the muscles, including the heart.

Aerobic exercise ensures that the body is sufficiently supplied with oxygen, maintains the elasticity of our tendons and joints, and strengthens our muscles.

Nutrition is of particular importance to professional athletes. Unfortunately, today’s nutritional and lifestyle habits are mainly composed of acid-forming foods and activities, with excessive consumption of meat, convenience foods, sugar, soft drinks and cooking salt.

There are also the harmful effects of nicotine, alcohol and environmental pollutants. As a result of these acids and toxins, and the acids created through intensive sport, many athletes reach the state of over-acidity too early and therefore the limit of their performance.

This limit can be successfully exceeded with preventative mineralisation, alkaline purification and continuous regeneration, with regard to both health and an increase in performance.

I highly recommand all Dr. Jentschura alkaline generating products to all professional athletes. And I speak out of my experience.
But also we have lots of top athletes in Europe using Dr. Jentschuras products, eg. the Austrian and Swiss National Ski Teams.

Nutrition should consist of 80 % alkaline-generating food and 20 % acid-forming food. Alkaline-generating foods include vegetables, potatoes, fruit, seeds, shoots, nuts, herbal teas, WurzelKraft (AlkaLife), MorgenStund´, vegetable juices, etc. Acid-forming foods include meat, coffee, alcohol, milk and dairy products, confectionery, products made from wheat flour, etc.

Mineralize your body 2-3 hours before exercising with Wurzelkraft and MorgenStund´ (mixed with fruit) and never get sore muscles again if you have a relaxing 30-60 min bath with AlkaBath or using AlkaStockings.

Another tip I like to give you is meditation and mental training.
Deep relaxation during meditation (focussing on your heart and deep breathing) really helps with your regeneration. You only can achieve if your are ready to completly letting go of your goals. That sounds mystical but it isn’t. Everybody knows how tightening it is if you just focus and want and want and focus… Life is no fun. And you need fun to be happy and to be successful with your calling.
As life is all about the right balance for other people learning how to focus is crucial. Only if your will, body, mind and soul is aligned we will be completly happy and successful.
