For sure, any movement/exercise is generally a great way to improve your wellness fitness and health. Many of us may not feel at home working out in the gym, but any way of moving our bodies is very beneficial.
For most people, exercise will improve your general health and wellbeing. There are plenty of reasons why you should become involved in sport with reduced body fat, bone strengthening, improved stamina and flexibility being some of the reasons.

The following are just some of the many health and fitness benefits

Any exercise helps reduce body fat or controls your body weight.
Movement of your body can help you fight depression and anxiety.
Sports allow you to challenge yourself and set goals.
Playing sports helps strengthen bones.
Sports help aid coordination, balance, and flexibility.
Many sports can help improves stamina and concentration.
Sports allow you to experience the highs and lows of both winning and losing!
Through sports, you will meet people with similar interests to yourself and are likely to gain many new friends.
Sports are a great way for families to get exercise together.
If you are sporty then you are more likely to have a healthy lifestyle.

Any exercise is soo good.

How can you boost your health?

Are you interested in significantly improving your health?
A big misunderstanding about alkalizing your body is that it’s limited to having the proper diet. While eating lots of green alkalizing foods is definitely one step towards correcting pH imbalance, there’s another important step in alkalizing your body:
Exercise.
If you like to be completely in charge concerning your health, exercise (even a little) is certainly a action you should take now!
Exercising helps
– exhaling toxins and acids via the respiratory system
– pumping fresh oxygen into our system. It is scientifically proven that our brain works much better after aerobic exercise.
– increasing metabolism and blood circulation
– making your relaxed and feeling happy. There are lots of studies that show how the body creates “happiness” hormones while aerobic exercise.
Aerobic exercises are the perfect way to alkalize your body, as it immediately removes the acid toxins in your body. They will not only strengthen your cardiovascular endurance and resistance to illnesses, it can even restore your body to its naturally alkaline state.
In aerobic exercises, your body uses up oxygen to break down glucose and ultimately produce energy as you exercise.
Deep relaxing breathing during aerobic exercises is crucial! Examples of aerobic exercises are walking, Yoga, swimming, riding bicycles, jogging, dancing, and running on treadmills, etc. Remove acid toxins as you exercise aerobically. You remove the acid toxins in your body! How and when does this happen? As you burn oxygen and produce energy, you sweat and exhale.
During the process, the unhealthy toxins in your body are purged from your system.
At the same time, you strengthen your cardiovascular system and increase your metabolism rate! As you can see, it both expels the toxins already existing in your body and protects it from future toxins that you will get from the polluted environment or an acid-heavy diet.

Please simply start NOW! Try to walk, jump, swim or dance at least 20-40 min per day each. If you really want to boost your system try to exercise twice per day: one time in the morning and once in the evening. Going for a walk or bike ride before you go to bed gives your body the chance to physically and emotionally “digest” all stress and acids which accumulated during the daytime.
Extreme cold Canadian winters make it hard to do outdoors activities so either bundle up or do it indoors. Your favorite music is a sweet activator. Enjoy!!
