When you get up in the morning your glucose or blood sugar level is at its lowest point in the day. Glucose is the basic fuel for the brain and central nervous system and that’s why a good breakfast will keep you from being tired and irritable by mid-morning. Skipping breakfast is a common strategy by people who are trying to lose weight, but that definitely mostly isn’t a successful strategy. When you skip breakfast you might feel so hungry by lunch time that you eat more foods than you normally would, which cancels out the calories which you cut by skipping breakfast. You also tend to choose foods that are not the healthiest when you feel like you’re starving. Research studies tell us, that people who eat breakfast are more likely to maintain a healthy weight. So, surely breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

A big misunderstanding about alkalizing your body is that it’s limited to having the proper diet. While eating lots of green alkalizing foods is definitely one step towards correcting pH imbalance, there’s another important step in alkalizing your body:
Exercise.
If you like to be completely in charge concerning your health, exercise (even a little) is certainly a action you should take now!
Exercising helps
– exhaling toxins and acids via the respiratory system
– pumping fresh oxygen into our system. It is scientifically proven that our brain works much better after aerobic exercise.
– increasing metabolism and blood circulation
– making your relaxed and feeling happy. There are lots of studies that show how the body creates “happiness” hormones while aerobic exercise.
Aerobic exercises are the perfect way to alkalize your body, as it immediately removes the acid toxins in your body. They will not only strengthen your cardiovascular endurance and resistance to illnesses, it can even restore your body to its naturally alkaline state.
In aerobic exercises, your body uses up oxygen to break down glucose and ultimately produce energy as you exercise.
Deep relaxing breathing during aerobic exercises is crucial! Examples of aerobic exercises are walking, Yoga, swimming, riding bicycles, jogging, dancing, and running on treadmills, etc. Remove acid toxins as you exercise aerobically. You remove the acid toxins in your body! How and when does this happen? As you burn oxygen and produce energy, you sweat and exhale.

For athletes, both training and the required training success depend largely on a proper diet. Many athletes rapidly increase their intake of simple, “empty” carbohydrates for fast energy consumption and hope for fast muscle growth by protein. The body needs herbal nutrients for the metabolic process to function at its best. These vitamins and bioactive substances, minerals and trace elements determine the metabolic performance and the reaction rate e.g.of protein into muscle mass and tight tissues.

Better workout – alkaline
For a good workout with optimal provision of energy the metabolism needs antioxidants, vitamin B1, 2, 6,12, magnesium, calcium, potassium, sodium, iron, zinc, and many other micro nutrients. At the same time plant nutrients ensure that the lactate formed at high stress, doesn’t make the muscle too acidic. Muscle soreness, in the worst case blocks energy performance and leads to termination. In addition, the regeneration and construction process is unnecessary delayed and prolonged.
