Our guest today is Dr. Peter Jentschura!

He is a international best-selling author (“Health by Purification) and founder of Jentschura International GmbH. He has dedicated his life to research the effect of acids and alkalines in the human body on a biochemical level.

The Jentschura International GmbH is the global leading company in alkaline foods and body care products and is successfully helping people in 25 different countries worldwide.

Dr. Jentschura, besides to your activity as industrial business manager you are also a successful editor.

DR. JENTSCHURA:
Indeed. My two books “Health by Purification” and “zivilisatoselos leben” are international bestsellers, translated into several worldwide spoken languages. The topics I wrote about are health, aging and the modern civilisation diseases.

Together with my co-author Josef Lohkämper, we demonstrate how the present living and nutrition habits negatively influence the acid-alkaline balance in the human biochemistry. We also point out that long-lasting health and beauty are definitely based on an alkaline-generating nutrition and alkaline body care.

ALKALINEDIETGUY:
Dr. Jentschura, the Moscow University of Natural Science honoured your lifelong research and granted you the title of Doctor honoris causa in biomedicine on 1st June 2007. What significance does this title have for you personally?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
It was a very special moment indeed. It was the appreciation and valuing of my comprehensive and permanent research work and an acknowledgment of my theories and discoveries. It was a marvellous and divine moment which encouraged me to go on. ******

ALKALINEDIETGUY
Jentschura International GmbH is an international developer and manufacturer of alkaline body care products and alkaline-generating food products. The Executive Board and Management team are based in Münster, Germany. The family business, founded in 1993, employs a staff of about 100 people working in administration and production. The company not only supplies its products to the German domestic market but also primarily to its European neighbours as well as to Russia, Canada, the US, Korea and Taiwan. The international market leader with own branches in Switzerland and Mexico exports its health, beauty, performance and regeneration products and concepts to a total of 26 countries.

Dr. Jentschura, your company Jentschura International GmbH has its roots in the old German drugstore business. Can you give us some more details about this?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
In 1935 my parents Margarete and Helmut Jentschura were already running a drugstore in Breslau. They were researching the composition, application and effects of natural body care products and healthy food stuff, especially that of their own tea selections.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
How did you continue this research work?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
First I was trained as industrial manager. Then I continued with promoting as a druggist. In 1966 I thus followed up the family tradition. Whilst running a regular drugstore business I started with naturopathic research on the human biochemistry with focus on toxin built-up, purification and regeneration processes. This research work set the basis for the present core products of the P. Jentschura product range.

ALKALINEDIETGUY An old German proverb says „In the morning eat like an emperor, at midday like a nobleman and in the evening like a beggar”. Dr. Jentschura, you are considered to be an expert to all issues related to the human metabolism. Therefore you can certainly answer the question why one should eat this way.

DR. JENTSCHURA:
This question could already have been answered decades ago by the famous Professor Friedrich Sander of the University of Braunschweig. He postulated that between 5am and 7am a big acid flood runs through our body. He noticed this with his urine measurements.
The acid floods during the day are generated by the parietal cells of the stomach – one in the morning at 7am and one at 1pm, at 7pm and again at 1am at night. The morning acid flood is the strongest.

My colleague Josef Lohkämper and I have done further research. A strong acid flood of the stomach means that precisely at that time the largest plenitude of digestive juices is available. At that time the stomach is able to digest at a high rate. The digestive ability decreases from acid flood to acid flood. This is why you should eat less at lunchtime and even lesser in the evening.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
How do you start your day in an “imperial way”?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
For me “morning” has a lot of different meanings. On the one hand there is the big acid flood Professor Friedrich Sander spoke about, which invites you to have an ample breakfast. On the other hand there is the red sky in the morning when nature switches on the light of the day and encourages the plant realm to release oxygen so that all human beings firstly awake and start living.

For me one perception bears a meaning which I think I have taken from the Book Daniel. In my understanding it says that the hour of the red sky in the morning is the time when gold arises in our bodies by means of cold and warm nuclear fusion from the elements of the air we breathe. It might be the origin of the old German proverb “MorgenStund’ hat Gold im Mund”.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
That sounds very esoteric, even if you refer to the Book Daniel from the Old Testament.

DR. JENTSCHURA:
Well you know, terms and claims are esoteric for us only as long as we do not understand their meaning or as long as we have not gained enough information about. Once the degree of knowledge is sufficiently high the previously “esoteric” things become quite clear.
I have for example created a breakfast porridge and sincerely tried to select as many ingredients as possible containing the element gold, according to the research of the German naturopaths family Leisen and my friend Josef Lohkämper. Some of the ingredients are millet, apple, pineapple, amaranth, sunflower seed and sweet almonds.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
In your opinion, what is the mission of the element gold in our human metabolism?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
Gold is classified as the noblest one of all known minerals. It is not only the noblest mineral of nature and our planet, but also the most precious one in our body. For me it is the central atom of the human brain and nervous capacity. It is also the mineral of regeneration. By the way, it deserves to be finely spread all over our blue planet as chosen by nature and not locked up in the safes of some few high street banks.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
Now we are really curious. You did certainly not create a breakfast porridge with the intention to only promote it on the market with your “gold-argument”.

DR. JENTSCHURA:
Indeed, it is not only the regeneration or the intended rejuvenation effect we aim at. It is a real sub-allergenic or even an antiallergenic breakfast. The nutritionists of my company, my friend Josef Lohkämper and I have carefully selected in the recipe ingredients with a high amount of antihistamines.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
And what is the function of antihistamines in our metabolism?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
Our body disposes of innumerable monitoring systems which are balancing each other. Take a look at acids and alkalines. Just look at the dual system of Sympathicus and Parasympathicus or the system of histamines and antihistamines. Histamines are tissue hormones which have the task to keep the tissues clean. Just like estrogens and gestagens they protect the human body and cast out all substances that the organism considers to be harmful for itself.

For example, if we eat or drink a lot of food or beverages that contain histamines such as red wine, we will soon feel our feet and toes itching because the histamines want to eliminate tannic acids and other harmful substances there. Or the mucous membranes in throat, mouth or nose swell. Or it comes up to sneezing attacks or to diarrhoea. All these reactions are often histamine controlled.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
Dr. Jentschura, can you please tell us what exactly the function of the antihistamines is?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
The antihistamines control the irrepressible expulsion force of the histamines. It might be that persons suffering from an allergy merely suffer from a shortage of antihistamines. Our millet and buckwheat porridge is not only a gluten-and lactose free breakfast but it is also abundant in antihistamines. We do hope that this breakfast will help a lot of people suffering of different allergies to defeat their problem by providing them with lots of antihistamines. We believe this is a highly intellectual attempt and trust that it will be a successful one.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
Fortunately not all people suffer of allergies. The average consumer is certainly more interested in the contents of minerals he or she knows. What is your information for the ordinary modern people of our days?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
Of course we had the aspiration for beauty and even the vanity of people in mind. We selected the ingredients carefully to provide for example silicium which is essential for beautiful soft skin, hair growth and good looking and strong nails. Thus our porridge is a special “beautifier”. But remember millet, buckwheat, amaranth, pineapple, apple, pumpkin and sunflower seed and above all sweet almonds contain all the elements of the periodical system. It was our aim to create a comprehensive -as I always say -an “omnimolecular” food. We trust that we achieved this goal.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
At the beginning you spoke about acids and alkalines. In what way have you taken into consideration the acid –alkaline balance when creating MorgenStund’, your breakfast porridge?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
We carefully selected ingredients with a vast amount of minerals and such with a reduced amount of acid generators. The halogens such as: sulphur, chlorine, jodine and also phosphor are acid generators. In our recipe we gathered an absolute huge amount of the most important minerals such as calcium, sodium, potassium, zinc, selenium, iron etc. Minerals are known to be alkaline generators.

As human beings are alkaline beings with an alkaline pH value of the blood of approximative 7.35 we have to ensure an alkaline overbalance in our daily nutrition all life long. Unfortunately we stopped doing this about hundred years ago. Nowadays the acid-generating food and luxury products like meat and milk, coffee and sweets, products containing white flour and many more prevail in our nutrition. Please note that they are all metabolized into acids. Thus we trust that our alkaline-generating breakfast porridge loaded with minerals will have a substantial contribution to preserve or at least help achieving a first alkaline overbalance in our metabolism.

ALKALINEDIETGUY
Last but not least we have a provocative question – Can such a scientifically created porridge be tasty?

DR. JENTSCHURA:
This scientific porridge has not only a very nice consistency when prepared according to our recommendation * but also a heavenly taste. This taste is due to pineapple and a very tasty apple which are part of the ingredients. I trust that nobody will react allergenic to the apple as there are a lot of anti-histamines in this valuable product. This special breakfast porridge not only supplies the body with a precious element like gold but also provides a lot of power, performance and mental ability.

Some additional information related to the taste of MorgenStund’: I usually have breakfast in two turns- first I enjoy the porridge my dear wife prepares every morning enriched with mango, pear, or for example peach slices. Later in the morning I take pleasure in having a plate with fresh cut vegetables like radish, tomatoes, cucumbers, and different green leaved salad enhanced with a touch of high quality oil, aromatic herbs and sea salt. In my opinion there is no limit to vegetarian enjoyment. MorgenStund’ can be refined with various fruit, nuts or kernels, with maple leaf syrup, cinnamon, honey, and cream.
